Like a great many old World of Darkness supplements, the world has advanced rather dramatically since these were originally created. The number values for Resources will largely be rendered obsolete.

In fact, we won't be bothering with these figures at all. Having a Resources of 5 won't give you *any* money every month, it will just give you incredible buying potential. The words used under each level of Resources will be used to determine what you can and can't afford. Naturally, if you'd like to get money instead of buying things, you may, bue stockpiling this cash is more or less irrelevant.

Also, bear in mind that Resources is your LEGAL income. Meaning, you can use it to buy property, houses, deposit it in a bank, whatever. You came across this money legally, and you can use it as you will. Any money just GIVEN to you in game isn't the same and doesn't give you the same buying power even if the levels are more or less equivalent.

And finally, you need to work for your money. If you have Resources 5, you're likely a CEO or some internet moogle. If you want to be independently wealthy, there is a merit for that, otherwise you're punching a clock like the rest of us (more or less).
